A mating pair of loons calling to regroup after a bit of disruption. Alaska

I was kayaking on a quiet lake in Alaska and happened upon this scenario. A low flying airplane throttled to climb from a very low altitude in the vicinity and this male loon wasn't having it. And set off the alarm. What followed was a search and rescue for the rest of the loon family. Ive never heard anybody say they didn't like the sound of a loon. These loons make a variety of calls. Many calls, I hadn't heard before. This was all shot with a hand held camera from a kayak. So at times the distance was great and it presented less than optimal conditions. But the story is told. Enjoy.
