Horsetail Falls, On the way to Valdez Alaska

As you descend from Thompson Pass on the road to Valdez. You will enter Keystone canyon at approximately Mile marker 16. At about MM 14 on your left you will see Bridal Vail Falls.(Separate video.) Shortly after that another mile or so up the road on the right. You will come upon "Horsetail Falls" This is a brief video or preview for those that haven't seen it and maybe a memory for those who have. Enjoy. There is also a video of Bridal Vail Falls to enjoy. These were shot in August during the hot dry smoky summer of 2019. The intensity of water flow in the spring during the thaw or "Break up" is as you can imagine, a whole other situation. There are also some other points of interest along this stretch of keystone canyon. Historic tunnels to explore.
