Come along with us as we target Alaska's most abundant salmon, Pinks (AKA Humpy Salmon). We spend the day at two local creeks and head back to the cabin once we land a colorful spawning Chum. After processing and brining the fish, we start up the smoker to make spruce tip and honey glazed candied salmon and smoked roe. We taste and compare the Pinks and Chum and give our final verdict.
