Filling The Freezer With Red Salmon From Alaska’s Famous Kenai River

The Kenai River had a record run of red salmon (sockeye) this year. We decided to camp at Centennial Park in Soldotna, Alaska and take advantage of the great salmon fishing. Everyone caught fish that we were able to smoke. We also cured the eggs from them for bait for future salmon fishing.
